International Orders: We're sorry but we do not ship to international locations at this time.
Credit Cards:
Trendystore.com accepts VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for all purchases. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order. Billing information must be able to be verified with the issuing bank. If this information cannot be verified with the bank, the order will result in a cancellation.
There is no credit card surcharge. We also accept Check Cards, Cashiers Checks and Money Orders. Personal Checks are accepted but must first clear the bank before any products will be shipped (this typically takes 7 to 10 days).
Handling Charge: We DO NOT charge any processing or handling fees.
Return Policy:
If your product is damaged in transit or defective upon arrival, we will replace the product at no charge within 30 days. Note: Due to the high cost of shipping to HI, AK, PR and Other destinations outside the contiguous 48 United States, we for any reason, shipping at no cost will be refunded back. All returns should be done within 30 days, for a refund or exchange, otherwise 15% restocking fee will be charged for returns/exchange after 30 days.
How to Return an Item?
Please read our Returns Policy before returning.
Items may NOT be returned without a Return Authorization number written on the outside of the box. Return Authorization numbers may be obtained by email with the following information:
· Date of purchase
· Order number (Trendystore.com-1XXXX found on your confirmation email)
· Product model #
· Reason for return
· Return for credit or to exchange product?
Please allow 24 hrs. for Return Authorization processing.
The customer is responsible for shipping to Trendystore.com in order to receive credit or for exchange. Trendystore.com will pay for shipping on identical replacement items sent to customer.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged only on non-defective returns.
If You Need to Cancel an Order
Send an email to sales@Trendystore.com. Please put your order number in the subject line, and include your name and address in the body of the message, along with the words "Please cancel my order". Some orders ship within an hour of being placed, so if you are trying to cancel after more than a few minutes of placing your order, it may have already shipped. In this case, you will need to refuse the shipment when it arrives, and we will issue a credit to your card when the item is returned to us (minus shipping costs and there may be a restocking fee).
Shipping Policy:
Our rates are based on UPS' calculator. Our goal is to provide you with excellent customer service. Most of our items are processed and shipped same day.

By placing an order at Trendystore.com , you, the customer, agree to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorize trendystore.com to collect payment via the payment method you specified when placing your order. Trendystore.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Sales Tax:
New York State residents: We are required to add 8.25% sales tax to your order. If you are paying by check or money order and live in NY State, please add 8.25% sales tax to your payment.

However, due to fast market changes on product specifications, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions, pricing or pictures are accurate, complete or current. If a product you receive is not as described, we will gladly allow you to return it in unused condition. We will refund the shipping cost if the return is in result of our error. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Trendystore.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed.
